Scent.Center

How it works

From supplier shelf to your customer's door

You own the storefront and the customer. We handle the catalog, the product content, the stock levels and the shipping.

At their door

Packed with care, tracked to your customer.

  1. Step 1

    Supplier catalog

A live feed of authentic fragrances with cost and stock, refreshed every 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Enrichment

Each barcode becomes a full product page: copy, notes, images.

  3. Step 3

    Your store

Products appear on your store at the price you set.

  4. Step 4

    Customer order

Your customer pays you the retail price.

  5. Step 5

    Placed on ScentsWorld

After a fraud check, the order is placed on your ScentsWorld account and paid with your saved card there.

  6. Step 6

    Tracking back

Tracking lands on your store and your customer is notified.

The money flow

Plain and predictable

01

Your customer pays you

The full retail price, through your own store checkout.

02

You pay ScentsWorld per order

Wholesale cost + shipping, charged to the card on your own ScentsWorld account — we never touch that money.

03

You pay us a small fee

2% of each order, added to your monthly Scent.Center invoice.

04

Plus the platform

$99/month for everything — catalog, sync, content, routing and reports.

The difference between what your customer paid and what you paid us is your margin — visible on every order in your dashboard.
