1. The service
Scent.Center provides software that lists supplier products on your online store, keeps stock and prices synchronized, and routes your orders to our fulfillment partner.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite.
3. Fees
The platform costs $99 per month after a 14-day trial. For each order routed through the platform you are charged the wholesale product cost plus 1% of the order's sale value. Charges are made to your saved payment method when the order is received.
4. Orders and fulfillment
Orders are placed for fulfillment only after payment succeeds. If a charge fails, the order is held until payment is resolved. Product availability is not guaranteed between catalog refreshes.
5. Your store and customers
You are the seller of record to your customers and are responsible for your storefront, pricing, taxes, customer service and compliance with applicable law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts with unpaid balances or that violate these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
