Pricing questions
What is Scent.Center?
Scent.Center is a fragrance dropshipping platform. One live supplier catalog feeds your online store; you set the price; each order is placed on your ScentsWorld account and the tracking goes back to your customer.
What does it cost?
$99/month, plus 2% of each order's sale value, plus the wholesale cost and shipping of the products you sell. There are no setup fees.
Who do I pay for the products?
ScentsWorld, directly. Each order is placed on your own ScentsWorld account and paid with the card saved there. Scent.Center only bills its monthly fee and the per-order fee — we never handle product payments.
Do I need a ScentsWorld account?
Yes. Scent.Center is built for ScentsWorld customers: you connect your existing ScentsWorld sign-in once, and we check that a card is saved on it. Your password is stored encrypted and is only used to place your orders and read their tracking.
How fresh are stock and prices?
The supplier catalog refreshes every 15 minutes. Quantity and cost changes are pushed to your connected stores within the same cycle.
What happens when a product is discontinued?
You get a notification, and by default its stock is set to zero on your store so it can't be oversold. You can choose to draft or delete it instead.
Who handles shipping and tracking?
ScentsWorld ships every order. Tracking numbers are posted back to your store automatically so your customer is notified.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days. Connect stores and import products for free; add a card or bank account when you're ready to take orders.
Where do the products come from?
Scent.Center is built in partnership with Nandansons, in the fragrance business since 1979. Every product in the catalog comes from their inventory and ships from the fulfillment center.
Can I pay by bank account instead of a card?
Yes. Add a US bank account (ACH) in Billing. Bank payments take about four business days to clear, and orders ship once the payment clears.
I already sell some of these fragrances. Will I get duplicates?
No. Scan your store and we match the products you already list by barcode or SKU, then keep their stock and price in sync. You decide what happens to products the supplier doesn't carry: keep them, set them to zero stock, or move them to draft.
Do I need to write product descriptions or take photos?
No. Each product comes with a complete page: description, fragrance notes, details and checked images. You can edit anything on your own store.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the period. Products already on your store stay there; we just stop syncing them.
