What we collect
Account details (name, email), store connection credentials, order data needed for fulfillment (including your customers' shipping addresses), and payment information processed by Stripe.
How we use it
To operate the service: syncing products, routing and fulfilling orders, sending tracking, billing you, and supporting your account. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
To place your orders we sign in to your ScentsWorld account with the credentials you give us (stored encrypted) and share each order's items and shipping address with ScentsWorld. Payment details for our fees are handled by Stripe. We never see or store the card on your ScentsWorld account.
Security
Store credentials are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to production data is restricted.
Retention
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as required for accounting and legal obligations.

You can request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@scent.center.
